HI,

I am running windows XP 32 bit Sp3. I have just finished doing a clean install of windows XP and all other software including Norton internet security 2011.

Ever since the new install when I login I get a pop up message with the following:

I have tried going to MS web site looking for answer but nothing there has fixed the issue.

I also have uninstalled and reinstalled and that has not helped.

Any Suggestions would be apprecaited.

Hi gohowardtx,

I understand you receive the message after log onto your Norton Online Family account, does the program still monitor and record the online activities, or  you are not able to see them at all after you get the message?

Thanks,

Katie

gohowardtx,

Our QA team wants to get some logs from your PC to investigate the issue further.  I'd like to set up a remote connection session with you to get the logs.  If you're interested in it, please send me a private message, so we can select a time that is convenient for you.   You can send the message by clicking in the upper right hand corner of any community page.

Thanks,

Katie

Thanks Katie
