A Few General Questions on installation and WiFi privacy
Question 1. Don't have a device showing up on My Devices. Says the subscription service is "Active". Already tried to uninstall/reinstall and still not showing up. It was the first device I installed Security Premium. It is a Windows 10. Went through all the set up options and completed scans. I also clicked on the Green Active and it connected to the Norton Server and replied back saying my status expired in 366 days.
Question 2. What does WiFi Privacy protect? Does it protect any data leaving the phone or just information direct from a browser? When I was doing research on VPN I thought I read somewhere that information from installed APPS aren't encrypted. This doesn't make much sense to me since most phones rely on APPS and a VPN would be almost worthless that way. I already purchased and installed this then I thought...is my phone 100% protected?
Question 3. Installed WiFi privacy on two different phones with no problems. Tried to install it on a Microsoft Surface tablet, Windows 10. The icon is in the toolbar and when you click on it, only a small white box shows up in the top right corner. I am unable to move it, resize it, etc but was able to scroll asking for email address but unable to type anything into the box. I have already unistalled/reinstalled 3x to no avail. I installed Security Premium with no problem on this device. This is the only Windows 10 mobile device I have so I don't know if this is Windows 10 problem or other?
