Win 10 and Chrome 64 bit - latest versions
Since the latest update the "Fill Assistant" for helping fill in your name and address etc in web sites seems to be missing.

I read all the info but couldn't see an answer.
Before the latest update when you clicked on the vault button there was an option to select the "Fill Assistant"
but now when you select the NIS icon and then select the my vault it is missing.
There is an "Address" button which displays the address details but you cannot drag and drop details into forms as could be done before the update as far as I can see so far
Clicking the "Open Fill Assistant" doesn't work in IE11 as well. Unfortunately I got the latest update to version 126.96.36.199 NSBU before it was pulled from the live update servers. Do you also have this version installed? For me personally its a non-issue. For you the solution may be to remove and reinstall your product back to the last version before the pulled update and DO NOT run live updates. Yes I am running the same version on Norton 360.
I wasn't aware the update had been pulled. Do you know why it was pulled?
Pixma2 I don't know the exact reason for the update being pulled. There seems to be a number of issues, one where the update wipes out all the root scheduled tasks in Windows. Live update not functioning correctly is another.

Patch has been released. ver 188.8.131.52 is now being phased in.
I received this patch and have tried accessing both my local and cloud vaults in IE. Both opened from the Norton Toolbar. And after the vault is open, I can click on the Vault is Open, and clicking on the Fill Assistant it opens as expected.
I also tried this in Chrome and it also worked correctly. But the only way this will work in Chrome is if you still have the ver 1.0.5 of the ID Safe extension installed and active. If you do not have it now, you will not be able to find it as Norton wants us to use the newer 5.x.x. versions of the extensions.
Try restarting your computer after everything is updated to see if it helps.
All: Previously having 184.108.40.206 I got the patch to 220.127.116.11 a short time ago and rebooted. Opened IE11 then the vault, clicked on Open Fill in Assistant, same as before. NO JOY!!! I don't use Chrome so couldn't test. My other two machines are still on version 104 and will remain there until I figure out what the issue is on my part. R&R may be in order.
I got the patch to 18.104.22.168 but still not working with chrome - I have NIS ext 22.214.171.124
If we can't go back to version 1.0.5 then a patch is needed for 126.96.36.199
