firewall details

I just had a Norton message pop up to say something about the firewall not allowing some kind of Skype access, but before I could make any sense of it, the message disappeared (possibly an inadvertent keystroke). How do I get that back to find out what it was all about? Or how do I check the firewall list of allowed sites (I've looked but failed to find any obvious way to access this list)? Thanks.

Re: firewall details

To get to the list of programs allowed into the Firewall

Settings>Firewall>Program Control

Once you find Skype in the list, you can delete it from the list. Then open up your Skype and it should automatically set it up. Run the check for updates and then that will be allowed. The Firewall is really Smart in setting up permissions .

Success always occurs in private and failure in full view. Windows 10 Pro 64 bit Norton Core Security Plus Core Firmware 282 I E 11 Chrome latest version.
