Firewall rule insertion.
As the title suggests: I would like to see the ability to choose where new rules are created under the firewall settings. For instance, you could perhaps click on a rule and have an option to "insert new rule above/below" the selected rule. Or perhaps you could click in the space between the rules and have an option to create a new rule at that location.
