Hello vindle555. What are you doing with the computer when the file error appears? Not knowing what OS and version of it you are using the safest thing is to run SFC or system file checker, please follow this guide to do that. There are several things that cause the error you are seeing. They are discussed in this Microsoft forums thread. Most times file corruption is the cause.
