Flat core

I've had my core for about four weeks and have been able to use it about 1.5 weeks.  First the Norton server was down, thanks for the notice, Norton.  Next, it appears to be working properly but will not load web pages, it starts then nothing. So I began to "reset" the core; it would flash orange then white then go steady white and everything would work as advertised for a day or so.  Now, after resetting then unplugging the core, it just sits there blinking a white light.

I like the security features (I think they work) of the core but it's a mess, in my experience, very unreliable.  Is anyone else having problems connecting to the internet through the core?  Help please.

Re: Flat core

Hello Rob Remove power from the Core and allow it to sit for 10 minutes. Then power cycle BOTH your Core and ISP device at the same time. Once the Core has updated and a steady white light is Illuminated open the app and change your DNS settings to ISP. The Core should automatically detect those settings then reboot. Please tell us if this helped your issue.

Cheers

Re: Flat core

Solution suggested by Soul Asylum worked. The one thing I hadn’t tried was changing to ISP, that solved it. Thank you.
