It might be useful to add a sticky "FAQ" at the top of each help forum with some standard posting suggestions as to what to include in any posts requesting help. Stuff like:
1. What operating system are you using?
2. What version of Norton are you using?
Just a list of questions that it would be useful for each poster to answer in their post calling for help. That would save the first responders from asking these questions in each post.
