Gave up on Chrome Extension for Norton Password Manager

I'm giving up on Chrome Extension for Norton Password Manager for the following reasons:

1. Technical support is terrible. I've wasted a lot of time on hold.

2. There is a way to export published but a way to import. Apparently, I need Norton 360 subscription. I guess you get what you pay for. The export, and it's not a file, just appears in a text box in a chrome window with no option to save. The file is not, truly, CSV. The notes section has carriage returns in it. One has to massage this file to get it to be CSV.

3. I'm hoping this post will help other people make an informed decision so they don't have to waste time and effort. I'm now a believer in Password manager, but it has to be a good one which will actually save you time.
