"Get Support" and Fix of Installation Every Day?

I just renewed my Norton product on a Windows 7 older computer and every day since I get a notice called "Get Support."  When I click it in the menu on the left side of the home page, a "fix" to the installation is always done every day.  Is this a new normal (didn't happen on the previous year's installation) or should I reinstall the product on my old computer?  The Norton product seems to be working well except for this first thing every day when it is turned on.  (And, yes, I know Windows 7 is old, but my husband says no new computer until this one stops in its tracks. Fortunately I have a Macbook Pro which I use most of the time, but he loves the old computer.)

Re: "Get Support" and Fix of Installation Every Day?

Hello InStitches49 More than likely something has gotten corrupted within your install. Please use the removal tool provided in the link below to remove and reinstall your product. One note - When the initial removal is done please don't forget to reboot your computer. Once rebooted run live updates until there are no more updates available and reboot again. Once rebooted run live update again until no updates are available. Recheck for your issue.
