getting around parental control

can anyone ask their kids how i might uninstall norton family from my daughters tablet without parental permission? I got Norton Family and installed it and now she can't use her tablet because none of the apps open and we can't even get into settings. Norton can't help. I spent all morning on tech support with them and they couldn't get it removed either. The PIN wouldn't work. There is no way to log into it. So it's stuck there and has entirely ruined her $250 tablet. Norton is not offering to replace the tablet and is unable to remove their program from her tablet so she's stuck without one and I do not have an extra $250 to buy her a new tablet. And in the future I suggest you guys find another parental control so this doesn't happen to you.

Re: getting around parental control

So i suspect you have "locked" the device, which removes the apps. What you need to do is log in to the norton family portal. family.norton.com and select that device and "lock" then "unlock". that should put all the apps back in place.
