Mmourtada,
Can you run partinfo.exe from C:\Program Files\Norton Ghost\Utility. Partinfo.txt will be created in the same folder. Please post partinfo.txt as an attachment.

Mmourtada,
Can you tell us more about your computer? You have two HDs. Is the second one internal or external?
Your second HD has legacy cylinder aligned partitions and the first HD has 2048 sector aligned partitions. The second HD looks like it is the HD that came from Dell. The first HD looks like a scaled clone of the second HD. We need a lot more info.

Can you try this as a test? Disconnect your second HD. Can Ghost now see your C: drive?
Which software did the clone? How did you resize the partitions?
Has Ghost on the new HD ever been able to see the C: drive?

Thanks, that makes it a lot clearer in my brain. Can you see drive letters for the partitions in Disk Management?

Well, your situation is a mystery. We see "many" cases of drive letters missing in Ghost due to partition overlaps but that doesn't apply to you. Maybe your partition signatures are corrupted. Can you delete the {MountedDevices} key in the registry and restart your computer. Just delete the whole key. It is {HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\MountedDevices}. Don't worry, the key and new partition signatures will be regenerated when you reboot.

Two copies of Ghost 15! I hope we can fix the drive letter problem. Let us know what happens with Ghost after you delete {MountedDevices} and reboot. There are othe things we can try if it isn't fixed.

Got it fixed. as follow:
Removed Ghost.
Rebooted
Deleted the MountedDevices.
Rebooted
Pluged my External HD into another USB port (H)
Installed Ghost again, walla everything is there.
Backing up now...
