Goodbye from Tony Weiss

Hi everyone, February 28th will be my last day at Symantec. I've enjoyed my time working here, and helping to build a great resource for customers. Thank you for embracing this community over the past (nearly) 10 years.

Re: Goodbye from Tony Weiss

Krusty, I respect the contributions you have made to these forums too.

But now when you trash Norton and these forums over at Wilders.... you lose your credibility.

Please have some respect for this superior product and these good forums.

And again, thank you for your past contributions and help here.

Hi Frank,

Krusty13 and I have worked together for years, and we have a deep appreciation of each other's work. I know Krusty13 respects these forums and the products. I appreciate your interest in keeping things civil. Thank you.

Ok Tony.

But make no mistake, I've always liked Krusty both here and at Wilders.  Just in the last few days..

And I wish you the best of luck in your future endeavors.

Re: Goodbye from Tony Weiss

Well, this is terrible news.  I am very sorry to see you go, you provided me with a lot of insight over the years and will be seriously missed.  Question.  If i need to reach out in the future, do you happen to have another means of contact?  I don't do Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter.  I know, i'm not cool (laughs) ;-)

Best of luck in your future endeavors.

Sincerely,

H.B.

Re: Goodbye from Tony Weiss

Tony you, Dave, and Tim will be sadly missed by all of us who have used Norton and the forums in the past.

As you know, I have moved on to another provider so I also will no longer be needing to drop in here, but I may still keep up with the Tech Forum as that has provided useful info for all.

I hope the grass will be greener wherever you choose to tread it. Best to you all.

Re: Goodbye from Tony Weiss

Hi Tony, Tim and Dave,

What truly desolate news!

The community knows what it owes you. You have created and lived for almost 10 years, with dynamism, competence, joy, energy, commitment, good humor and also when it was necessary diplomacy ...

A very big thank you to you. It was a great pleasure to have you by our side.

My mastery of english requires effort to speak technical, the subtlety is greater when I have to share a feeling, but I wanted absolutely to wish you 3 a good continuation in your personal projects and you express all my gratitude.

Re: Goodbye from Tony Weiss

Hello Tony, Dave & Tim.

I hope I am not too late in saying good bye. I do hate saying good byes when they are said in a more permanent sense. I have enjoyed working with you Tony, not as a fellow Employee, but in another sense. You, Tony, have taught me so much although you may not realize it. You, unknowingly have brought out so many good things, but I guess it wasn't enough in the end. I still have enjoyed and approve and admire what you have done with both the old Lithium Forum and now with this Norton Forum. Good Luck in your future endeavors and it was a real pleasure having you put so much time and work in this Forum as well as with all the Gurus. You will be missed here and your touch with the Forum will be greatly missed by me. Good Luck Tony ! ! ! Thank you for all you have done for me and for this Norton Forum.

Have a Great Future
