Google And Bing Has A Strange issue.

Whenever i try to search on Google or Bing (Im using Norton Safe Search to do this) Norton Safe Web blocks it with sending

That it is a dangerous site with a certain: "https : // incduring . com/ metric/ ? wid = 52782 " And when i disable Norton Safe web the first result disappears, When i do "Continue to the site" I see a black screen with the tab named "metric1x1" I don't know what to do about this, can someone help?

Did you recently install any program/s &or browser extension/s.
Do you run browser Sync?

Malwarebytes helped me scanning it and found it. I figured out it was only a Bing thing. I mean, bing causes that, since i dont have google as main browser, so i could've put google as main browser and nothing could have happended. But atleast i saved Bing and it's better like this.
