got duped into installing unwanted software

I have inadvertently downloaded a toolbar I did not want, I was looking for and thought I had hit the link for USPS tracking, I got a tracking service tool bar and I have gone into control panel to try to delete it and it is not showing up on my control panel, how do I remove this unwanted program?

Um, did you install a browser add-on/extension?
For example > https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/package-tracker/edinjekddehhnllhpghngfikhiefhmom?hl=en

Or, for example > https://www.fixyourbrowser.com/removal-instructions/remove-package-tracking-toolbar-uninstall-instruction/

You could try a second opinion scan using the FREE version of Malwarebytes. You can find it here https://www.malwarebytes.com/premium/  - Be careful not to accept the offer of the free trial.
