Got an Update Today

Now it never connects. It’s says searching, redirecting and then it just stops. I can’t use the app anymore. Uninstalled and reinstalled what am I doing wrong?

What device and OS version are you using? 

Do you also have the standalone Norton Secure VPN app installed? If so, you should uninstall that and only use the VPN feature of the mobile 360 app.

I have both. I’ll delete it and use the one with 360. Why are there two? Thanks

The standalone version is for those that may not want to use the Norton security product. Also, when Norton Internet Security and 360 did not have the VPN function, it gave that feature to those that wanted it.
