Has anyone else had a problem with norton doble billing?

Hi

I was wondering if anyone else had a problem with norton doble billing? I've just noticed Norton Billed me on the day they sent out the renewal notice and again on the proper renewal date.  I questioned my bank about this and they tell me it happened last year as well.  I was on chat with suport and al they can see is one subscription. They don't seem to have access to bank transactions made.

They said my statement would do but when I offered to send a copy they reffered me back to my bank to request a refund.  Can they honestly not see money coming in from a customer and just don't care enough to look properly?

I'm sure I'm not the only person this has happened to. Has this happened to you and how did you resolve it?

I don't see why Norton should expect your bank to refund you if the bank paid out twice against Norton requests. It may be worth asking your bank for written details of the incoming request for the payment to be made. Do you think you can get that?

Meanwhile I've asked if someone from Norton can help deal with this end of it.
