Haunted by rgx54zconficulganning.com

For a while now, whenever I open my Browser Google Chrome for Windows 10, every few Minutes it tells me "rgx54zconficulganning.com has been updated in the Background". Norton 360/Utilities does not detect this as an Issue and I can't find anything online on how to prevent that from happening.

I'm 100% certain it's something fishy, I shouldn't have on my PC.

I'm not very versed on Computers so if you ask "have you done XYZ" I probably haven't/wouldn't know how.
