having problem with norton removing CyberScrub despite whitelisting

I am having trouble with Norton Security constantly uninstalling CyberScrub.  See Beloiw

In relation to submission 139435.  please advise

The same thing happened.  when the security risk winow came up, I couldn't pull anything up there but I pulled up the history afterwards.

I am comfortable with running this program.  What I am trying to do is not have to constantly reinstall cyberscrub b/c Norton Security keeps uninstalling CS.  I never had this issue with Norton 360, only Norton Security.

Might Power Eraser remove the issue that is keeping me from running CS without interference from Norton Security?

Maybe you need to Exclude the Signature -- PUA.Superfluss -- see #4) below

Do you have a paid version of CS? Maybe that explains the difference in the file name bjm_ is seeing when clicking on the Free trial. I also saw the 1.0.7.100 version when I click on Free trial.

Things happen. Export/Backup your Norton Password Manager data.

Maybe, we're seeing CS installer version number and EDFROMPGH is reporting issue with CS installed version number.  IDK

The installed version number is what I am using.  Also, I think I have it licked.  Whoever suggested that I suppress detection of PUA.SUPERFLUSS...THANKS!  I will put it through its' paces over the weekend.  If this problem does not arise again, we can consider this case solved.

Just remember that disabling that detection can leave your system vulnerable if you actually run into that malware.
