Having trouble accessing websites with Norton Secure VPN enabled

After about 20 minutes or so on the internet Norton VPN blocks my access to all websites. Once this happens, I can access the internet but can’t open any website on the internet. I have to turn Norton VPN off and then back on to be able to access any website. Norton VPN repeats this blockage all day long. What can I do to get Norton VPN to quit blocking all websites?

Norton Secure VPN 5.1.2.8

Operating System: Windows 11

Re: Having trouble accessing websites with Norton Secure VPN enabled

This has been an ongoing problem for me for a significant amount of time and Norton can not seem to fix it. That is if you can actually get anyone. I have become so frustrated with this company I started posting on their Facebook page what has been happening to me and others as well. I was getting the same old run around by them for almost 2 weeks. Supposedly a memember of the Escalation Team will be calling me today. If they do the exact same thing the Escalation Team was supposed to do several days ago, they will not call. We will see. I am going to move onto a more reliable company anyway. I do not feel this company really has my or others best interests in their minds.

Re: Having trouble accessing websites with Norton Secure VPN enabled

I talked to Norton via chat yesterday. Norton recommended that I disable the Ad Tracker Blocking function of Norton VPN. So far today, Norton VPN has not blocked me from opening websites on the internet so I am hopeful that this fixes the issue that I have been having with Norton VPN.
