Having trouble at Norton website

For the last hour I've been able to login and get the dashboard at the top of the page but just a spinning swoosh, not displaying devices. Last time I logged in, after a very long wait it did display the devices, all saying they "Issues Found" and not logged in (I know that our new phones and my computer are logged in). However when I click on a device I just get an unexpected error page after another long wait:

An Unexpected System Error Occurred

I've tried with Chrome and MS Edge, same results.

Only have 18 days left in subscription, have new key code, waiting so I don't loose time.

Anyone else having issues? I have the latest product update.

Any suggestions?

Thank You in advance.

Re: Having trouble at Norton website

Same thing here.  I just renewed my Norton Security tonight as I was down to 19 days.  The renewal ran fine, but when I logged in the my devices web page it was displaying a blank screen.  Other times it would say 'issues found' with my device and said I had a trial subscription.  All the info was correct under my subscriptions though.  For the heck of it I ran the remove/reinstall tool which ran fine and I had no issues re-activating my current subscription which updated reflecting the additional year of service I just purchased.

BUT, the 'my devices' webpage under my norton account is still showing 'issues found'.  Also, under the help> 'about' in my Norton Security it's showing Device Name 'not available'.

I ended up calling Norton a few minutes ago, they said they are upgrading the website interface, so the my device info may not be correct at this time.  I though something went wrong with the renewal, but I guess I just chose the wrong time to renew while they are currently having issues with the Norton account website.

End result is it sounds like Norton is currently doing maintenance on the account website interface

Re: Having trouble at Norton website

I got that problem also. spent about an hour on chat only for them to finally tell me they are working on server. Why didn't they send out an email letting everyone know about this.  I think they are having BIG PROBLEMS and don't want anyone to know they are having BIG PROBLEMS. My subscription runs out soon. I will be checking other security providers. I'm tired trying to get them to fix my Mobile Security. Today they said I only had temporary mobile security, but it is included in my package. I'm done. 69 more days for them to fix the problems.

Re: Having trouble at Norton website

Yeah, me too.  It was showing all of my devices as "Trial".

Re: Having trouble at Norton website

I believe this is related to a current Identity Safe server issue.  The concerned team are working on it.

Re: Having trouble at Norton website

When you renewed did you enter a new key code or did you go through Norton renewal? If you entered a new code, did you loose the remaining days? I'm under the impression that is what happens, last year I entered a code but didn't pay attention so I could have lost time and didn't know.

I've read that if you contact customer service they'll add the time on but when I did a chat they wouldn't do it, maybe it's up to the rep, idk.

After the servers are right I'm going to try the chat again, I hate waiting until the last minute.

I went through Norton renewal as Norton was offering a decent renewal price.  If you go through the renewal link, your remaining days will automatically be added.  If you enter a new key code, your subscription days will reset and you lose your remaining days.

As you mentioned, most times if you contact Norton they will add back your remaining time ... but I don't know if that's guaranteed
