Help Center & Search

Help Center > blue Search link feels logical placement.  Main view magnifying glass @Help feels redundant.   Shortcut Key also feels not needed.  Just me.
Note: press Win + D, minimize open windows (browser & Norton) to taskbar.
Win + D toggles focus between open windows & desktop.
Not understanding Win Key + D.

Thanks for the suggestion, @bjm_.

We'll look into it.

@bjm_, I just checked my help screen and noticed it shows Ctrl key + F and not the Win key combination. I see the above image though.

Could you please double check again?

Um...Interesting! I'll discuss about this with the EAP team.

Yes, CTRL + F opens the Norton Search for me.

Re: Help Center & Search

Weird. Potential Bug.

Could you please get me a screenshot of Settings > Administrative Settings > the whole Search Shortcut Key row or the full window?

We'll narrow down and take it from there.

Re: Help Center & Search

1) Help Center Search

2) Magnifying Glass Search

3) Tray Icon Search

4) Shortcut Key Search

I've been thinking, do we need a "Search" feature at all?

Edit:  I know I'd rather have my Network Security Map and / or Local Vault back.
