Help understanding what my subscription does

I thought I was purchasing LifeLock, but I have Norton™ 360 with LifeLock™ Ultimate Plus for Family. I would like some sort of clarification of the product I purchased. I subscribed in March and don't want to download anything onto my computer. I just wanted LifeLock.  Been trying nearly a year to figure out how to use this product, but I get bounced around when I call on the phone and my dashboard doesn't always connect to anything.  Plus, I get non-stop emails from Norton telling me to take advantage of "benefits" that I don't understand.  I am a 58 year old that didn't have much computer training earlier in life and I am having trouble catching up with technology. Is there a step by step guide without links that I could read first or better yet PRINT so I can follow along.

Hello KatReyn. The "features" of the subscription you purchased are in the article from Norton here. You stated that you wanted ONLY LIFELOCK. LifeLock is now "bundled" into the Norton 360 product line, BUT!! You can enroll for Lifelock without the Norton 360 bundle at this link. You also said:

Unfortunately, you are far past the 60 day window for a refund. I would contact support, since the subscription may or may not be used. They can help determine if a refund is possible, AND, get you started with just a LifeLock only subscription.

Thank you for trying.  I guess in order to get the benefit of the product, I would have to spend hours filling out all my account info. Makes me uncomfortable.  Is this what everyone does to protect their ID?

Thanks for the link.  It just tells me to download Norton to start.  I don't have enough room on my older Mac for another antivirus.

Yes in order for Lifelock services to alert you, you should fill in as much information as you are comfortable with. Of course they say the more info the better but I can understand your hesitation in providing and having that info stored.
