High Background Battery Usage

I recently reinstalled version 4.5.0.5353, and the app advisor reports two that supposedly have high background battery usage.  When I checked the settings for the apps that were flagged on my S7, neither reports any battery usage at all "since phone last fully charged".  Is this a bug in the program?

Re: High Background Battery Usage

Have you left those apps running in the background to see if they use up more battery? Your Device may also have battery optimizations set for those apps that would help reduce any excessive battery use.

The app advisor is just that. An advisor. It lets users know what has been reported, or detected by Norton, about certain app behaviours. It does not reflect your device's actual behaviours. With that information, the user can choose to continue using that app, or look for an alternative.

Things happen. Export/Backup your Norton Password Manager data.

What app are you referring to. The OP is talking about apps that are detected in the App Advisor feature in NMS. Not the NMS app itself.

Re: High Background Battery Usage

Ok, I am sorry that I misunderstood it. But I have deleted Norton Security Android because my Tablet was very slowly since I installed the app. And also the Password Manager still not fill in passwords in Apps . So I am not very happy with the Norton facility's.
