For past week every day, Norton Security has been on high CPU (20-30%) all the time. While it is on high CPU, double-clicking the Norton Security icon does not start the application. So I have no idea what's going on.
Is there a way to stop the high CPU running all the time?
I'm on Windows 10 Home, version 1803, OS build: 17134.765.
