Horrific customer service

Been asking foreign agents for help reconnecting my account on my Norton 360 with LIFELOCK ultimate, they cannot assist me and lie to me that “They assure me they can help me with my issue? That is total BS Whaaat? Upload what? Are you kidding me Norton 360?

You mean your Norton account does not reflect 'Norton 360 with LifeLock Ultimate' subscription?

No I have had it on my cellphones and IMAC for quite awhile now, and paid for! (Includes 3 devices) My issue is getting notifications 2-3 times every day from Norton 360 LIFELOCK advantage Ultimate stating….”Your Financial Account is not connected to your Norton 360 LIFELOCK account!” I login successfully each time and then follow the prompts for financial monitoring and then the RECONNECT TAB! I spins and spins and ultimately says “unable to connect. Error” “Try again later”?
