Hot Issue: Unable to View Web Activity

For all of those that have experienced delays in retrieving logs on the web site, we have found and fixed several issues which should speed up the delivery time to the website. The update took place on 7/24/09. We want to thank you for your continued input.
Also note we will be posting a Windows 7 compatible client as soon as MS releases Windows 7. Your children's computers will automatically be updated to the new Norton Safety Minder without intervention from you.

Although many of the changes to the client are to support the new Windows 7, the same version of Norton Safety Minder has been certified on all 3 windows operating systems. XP, Vista, Windows 7.
So when an upgrade happens everything should work fine.
