Hourly block differs on web app between phone and PC

Hi,

I just installed Norton Family. I set up the TIME house rules with my PC and it works well. When i tried to change the house rules from my phone, i see that the hourly blocks differs by an hour between my phone and PC. Eg: i allow phone usage between 6 - 7.30am, which is correct on the PC, but the phone shows 7 - 8.30am. I checked that the timezone setting is correct and the same on both my phone and PC, so not sure what is wrong. Pls help. Thanks !

Hi SL_G,

Please follow these steps to make the Time Zone online correct.

1)     Go to your web browser and type in https://family.norton.com

2)     Click  “Sign-In” link and enter your email address and password

3)     After you’ve signed in, click on Parents Tab then click on the settings icon (top-right) of the parent tile.

4)    Select Time Zone  you prefer and Save it.

I have already ensured that the timezone settings were correct on both phone and PC within the software's configuration, but problem still there. Pls help, thanks .
