House rules missing apps that need blocking

ZTE on AT&T using Android has built in apps like but not limited to

Google (for search), Google Music, Amazon Shopping, Google Play

A total of Phone 56 apps on the phone, many cannot be disabled on the phone.  Norton Family House rules show only 10.  How do I get them all available for blocking? Using the Google search, I can bypass the required Norton Family Browser. (Note: This is different than Chrome, which I can block.)  I can get to inappropriate images.  I also cannot block Google Play to limit downloading of new browsers to bypass using Norton Family Browser.  Additionally under search rules, Filtering is turned on.  this seems to not be enforced by Google's search.

How do I block the inappropriate content?

Re: House rules missing apps that need blocking

Hi @Adrianne Papoff... ,

Welcome to Norton Community!

Norton Family app support search supervision only in Chrome and NF Browser.

Today, our app lists only downloaded apps and few pre installed apps like YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Whatsapp, etc. under house rules in Norton Family Website and all the other system apps will not be available for blocking.

Please share the list of apps in your child device via Private message(you can find my email address under my profile in the forum).

Thanks,
Devi AK
