Did you purchase a new product key, or an actual renewal? If a renewal directly from Norton, open the 360 classic interface and click on Help > Subscription Status at the bottom right. That should sync your product with the Norton subscription servers.
If your current subscription has expired, open 360 to the classic interface and click on Help > Enter Product Key at the bottom right of the window.
To open the classic interface, right click on the Norton icon in the system tray and click on Open Norton 360. Or if you see the newer My Norton interface, click on Open beside Device Security.
