How to add Firewall rule to block country

I have various firewall rules that I've added in Norton Internet Security to block specific web sites. I would like to be able to block web sites that use a specific country code. As explained in https://krebsonsecurity.com/2018/03/omitting-the-o-in-com-could-be-costly/, it's easy to mistype a web site that ends in .com and instead end up on a web site that ends in .cm (.cm is the Cameroon country code). Does anyone know of a way to block the .cm web sites using a firewall rule (or other method) in Norton Internet Security?
