How to allocate a computer to a child

http://my.jetscreenshot.com/22337/20140129-lzyq-70kb

As you will see from the screen shot its asking to select which device the child is using.  But I don't have a clue how to do this.  I've set up the controls I want to put in place, so how do I allocate it to the one computer that is setup with Family Protection?

Thanks

Alex

Is there direct support from Norton for question the forum can't answer?

Re: How to allocate a computer to a child

Hi alexb1212,

I assume you don't want Windows account "Administrator" to be monitored.  If you check the box in front of user "Message Center"  and Save it, then when user "Message Center" logs onto the PC, "Message Center" (Sid) will be monitored.

Please check out the Get Started Help file to see if it helps.
