How can I communicate with Norton with suggestions and complaints?

I want to know why Norton 360 with LifeLock Advantage costs $250 and just LifeLock Advantage cost $250. I have Norton 360 with LifeLock Advantage and my wife just has just LifeLock Advantage. It just doesn't make any sense. The online agents can not explain it to me. The Norton people transfer me to the LifeLock when I ask this question Can anyone answer this question?.
