How can I get A REFUND or EXTENSION for Loss Of Service for my 2 more activations

How can I get A REFUND or EXTENSION for Loss Of Service for my 2 more prepaid activations of service which I was able to activate only on one of my computers, where my subscription was paid for 3 computers and I was/am only able to use it on this one, while I am in Israel, because I live also in Israel and not only in Canada.

My original purchase still allows 2 more activations, but I was never informed of a potential problem had been facing as "A ZONE" problem created when I relocated to my other home office in Israel, so I had to get one more activation for my new zone on my other computer.  As you may see, it is half a year since I am able to benefit from one of the three activations.

If you work for Norton and need my Licence information, just ask for it, if you can not see it by my email and name also visible in the attached suggestion from Norton, that I still have 2 to activate but can not by the automated system and no help by direct email to the company.

As you have found, Norton does uses geo locking for their subscriptions for legal export reasons. You will need to contact Norton Support and explain your situation and ask to  be switched to a non geo locked subscription.
