How can I move Norton Internet Security?

Finally replacing my XP box with a newer Windows 7 Pro. My subscription does not end until January but I would like to protect the new machine as I will be retiring the old one.

Can anyone suggest a process to accomplish this?

Re: How can I move Norton Internet Security?

Hello Bill.  Sign into your Norton account.  From there click on services, and you should see a bar that lists your current Norton services/subscriptions.  Click on Norton Internet Security, scroll down a bit (in order to see all details) and you should see "Manage My Installs".  If you have any of your remaining "seats" open/available, you should be able to install NIS on your new PC and activate it with your existing product key.  If all "seats" are taken, you will need to remove a license from one.  Click on the Remove License (trash can icon) that is next to your device name/first installed.  This will remove the license from your current PC and as long as your subscription is still active, you should be able to install NIS on your new PC and activate it with your product key.  Hope this helps.
