How can I view the log of logon attempts?

While I was out jogging I received a mobile unlock request. It obviously didn't come from me so I'd like to check the IP address of where it came from and for what service it was requested.

Does Norton log logon requests, and where can I view this log?

Do others in your home use your computer? There is a setting for Mobile Unlock to send an unlock request when a browser is opened.

Follow the instructions in my post here, but instead of Remove in the last image, uncheck the option Always perform mobile unlock on browser startup.

Will that show me a log of the mobile requests sent previously, including the IP address of the requester?

No logs that I am aware of.

You did not answer my question about other users on your computer at home. If others do use your computer browser, and the setting to unlock at browser startup, that would explain why you got the notification while you were out.

No - Only I have access.

Yes - mobile unlock is is configured to send a request when a browser is opened. But I was out of the house at the time. It definitely wasn't me.

It's a shame Norton doesn't provide a log 'cos now I can't determine if it was

a) a hacking attempt from somewhere in the Web, or

b) a glitch in the Norton software, or

c) a glitch related to time-zones (i.e. wrong time displayed on my phone's unlock notification)

d) software on my pc automatically starting a browser window while I was out...

I've changed my passwords etc just in case it was a)

What devices do you have Norton Password Manager installed on?

Does anyone else share the same vault or devices with you?
