How to change from individual subscription to add Spouse

I just signed up for the 30 day trial myself. Now I would like to add my husband. I can't seem to find out how to do that. I tried suspending my account so that I could re-subscribe with spouse, but that didn't work. Please help.

Are you referring to a Norton 360 subscription? You can only have one name and email address associated with a Norton Account. If your subscription covers more than one device, you just log into your Norton Account and click on the Download button and follow the directions to install on another device. Send the email to your spouse and that will contain information on how to download and install a preactivated copy of your 360 product.
