How to display current mined on new layout

With the new layout you created for Crypto Norton how do I know when payout will happen or how much I have mined per day? I did like the last display of the circle to show completion of the .004 payout despite some glitching with display. Now I really have no idea how much is mined except for an average which is most likely based on leaving the miner running on all the time. Can you please help clarify what I should be looking for to be excited about payout?

I have the same issue. I have been mining on my 3090 since the glitch reset and have yet to see my balance increase. I can see my Hash rate and GPU utilization, but I'm not seeing any status change in my ETH balance despite having been mining for several days. I uninstalled and reinstalled the software, yet not change.

The new UI consolidates the pending balance and the wallet into a single number. As you continue to mine, the wallet balance will increase.

Is there a way to view how much is mined daily. I am away frequently and would like to view what has been mined daily while away.  Thanks

Re: How to display current mined on new layout

Matt, that didn't answer my question, it just sent me to the Mining screen and wallet which I already access. Is there a data base or spread sheet that I can access to view all my daily activity for November. I created an excel data base that I input my morning and evening numbers in, but when I travel I cant input this and after a week of being away there is no way for me to compare what has accumulated.

Currently there is no specific log of mining activity. It's something we can consider going forward.

What would you expect in this log, what would be useful/actionable, when the miner stops/starts, hashrates?

Re: How to display current mined on new layout

Matt, you may remember I've been recommending a log of some sort since I started mining in early Oct.  I believe you mentioned before that the Wallet/hash updates every 10 min.  I would think on the server end there is already something, just need something us miners can see.

My recommendations:

A log with 10 min time hacks that lists; the date/time itself, Wallet increase since last time hack, avg HR, payouts, transfers, miner start/stops (as you mentioned), and times the server is down for maint or troubleshooting.  A way to download the log data into Excel would be great too.  Also, info on the pool itself; data on how that is doing.  The HR, number of miners at a given time, pool coin increases, pool awards, and so on.  Could help with transparency with what our rigs are working on.

The total number for that day, how much was mined that day, how much to next payout, hash rate, off line, ...

Re: How to display current mined on new layout

I would love to see any crashes, start/stop, hash rate per hour and daily hash.

These details would be really helpful, especially when contacting support. It would give users that ability to advise on a specific crash message and when the tool stopped hashing, for how long, etc. I track some of these details daily and I can provide day to day details, but I don't have more accuracy than going by the day when speaking historically. A log file would be able to identify to the hour or even minute when an issue occurred. This could help identify if there were issues outside Norton Crypto that may have resulted in the issue experienced, i.e.: internet connection going down, other software updates creating conflicts or reboots (like Windows Updates as an example)...

Re: How to display current mined on new layout

These are great suggestions as well. As you can imagine, we have a good sense of what is happening when it's a widespread issue, usually caused by our backend systems, but for things like Windows updates etc, this could help.
