How do I backup to external drive, ie. memory stick???

I am wondering if I can backup to external drive, ie. memory stick???

As long as you can map your external device to a drive letter in Windows Explorer, you should be able to choose that drive from the Where tab in the backup set settings.

Or can I go into My PC and see the external drive there?

AFAIK  Unless you map a drive letter to the external device Norton cannot see it as a destination drive. You can test this by going into the backup set settings and look at the Where tab. Scroll down the list of available locations to see if the drive is there.
