How do I contact Norton........How do I phoe them??? from Australia the number +1800680026 does not work. I am unable to chat as well.

how do I email these people at Norton. Their phone number listed does not work   I am unable to chat after getting a verification code.  Its very frustrating as they debit your account way higher than planned & there seems a hard road to contact for correction.

I've heard Norton Support - Australia is a known issue. 
I've heard Norton is working on a fix.
