How do I contact support

How do I contact support when I can't get the chat to work and I can't use phones because I have bad hearing?

My subscription renewed when the automatic renewal was cancelled immediately after it was installed. No matter what I do while trying to find a way to sort this out I just end up going around in circles on the site never finding a way to fix this in a way that works or that I can do. Every option just goes back to a chat that fails and a phone option which I can't use. Where is the email link for people with disabilities that can’t get the chat to work?

You can try other support avenues. If you scroll to the bottom of these forum pages, there are links for Twitter and Facebook. You can also try this link to try to contact support by phone.   www.norton.com/contactcs .

To use the chat, try this link.    www.norton.com/chat  Then choose any option and in the box to describe the issue type 'Agent please'. That should get the chat bot to start your connection to a real agent.

Thanks for your reply but as I said the chat does not work for me. I have all security features, add blockers off and pop-ups etc allowed and still get the following.

"The chat has ended unexpectedly, please close this chat and create a new chat to continue". I have done this many times

As there seems to be no other way to communicate it looks like I'll have to cancel my subscription, get my bank to reverse the payment and use a company that has more user friendly ways to communicate. It's worse than trying to deal with Aliexpress and they are a nightmare to deal with. I expect far better support from companies like this, especially when you consider the enormous 2.5 billion they make each year.

As I said a number of times in my post I have hearing problems with phones so I’m not sure why you suggest I call them. Went to facebook and hit support in the left column. I got a big picture with a big blank space below it so no surprise there. I tried the message link on the right and got a rectangular box with an arrow going around in circles that never went any further than that so failed just like the chat on the Norton site. I also should not have to join the likes of twitter or facebook so I can communicate with a company that makes billions of dollars a year. They should be spending some of that to provide some decent service within their own site.

Norton has not used email for support for many years now.  

What problem are you having with the chat function? When the chat bot starts asking questions of you, just enter 'Agent Please'. I find that usually gets me past the bot to an actual agent.
