How do I "default" the display to the list of passwords (not BIG Boxes )?

I am a low vision user.  How do I "default" the display to the list of passwords (not BIG Boxes )?  How do I suppress the HUGE circles with letters inside?

Note: there are two boxes - List format & Tile format -

Sorry, Tile format appears to be baked in default.
