How do I keep my VPN turned ON?

If I leave my computer on overnight and Norton VPN is "ON" when I leave or Log Off..When I return the Norton Icon is checked yet VPN has turned off. Scan and LiveUpdate were done fine in that time period.

Still VPN Turns Off on Log Off Windows..not shut down. Updates work fine but VPN disconnects..

Can I prevent this?
