How do I put Norton on my email so I can tag a message as spam?

I just got eM Client as my email server(?) and need to put the Norton "this is spam" "this is not spam" options on it. How? It was an easy post with Outlook but not with eM Client. I'm running Windows 10.

Unless it's added to the list of supported email clients (so far only Outlook is supported + obsolete email clients) then it'll not be possible.

In Windows Live Mail you could add a rule that if the subject contained 'Norton AntiSpam' to move it to one of the junk mail folders which worked for a while so you could try that to see if it works for you.
