How do I reach Symantec Tech support by email? I want to see if they are aware of the Ghost 14 problems using a NAS FAT32 NAS when NIS2009 is installed. Hopefully, they will fix it!
Go to this LINK, there you can find the option to send the email. Otherwise, you can try Chat support through which you get an immediate response.
The email support link cannot be used for Ghost. The chat support resulted in the information that Ghost 14 will not backup to a NAS that is formated FAT32.

I have already spent considerable time with Symantec Chat regarding this issue. The log is below. No email support is available, as Ghost is not a listed product. Ghost 14 does not work with Iomega NAS devices when NIS2009 is also used. Ghost does not work with FAT32 files systems on NAS drives. The 4GB file size limit for backup should not be a problem. Only for disk imaging! This is a product problem and should be addressed. Is there a way to get this information to the Symantec developers and get a response? Ghost 14 is a much improved product, but should not advertise that it works with NAS drives as currently built. Right now I am forced to use other backup software, unfortunately.
