How do I search this forum by keywords in post title only?

How do I search this forum by keywords in post title only? This will help greatly to target messages.

The search results are showing thousands of messages just because some keywords exist in the body of messages and the messages are totally unrelated. It's time consuming to sift through all the messages and the experience is not productive.

Thanks for the feedback. Community search is configured to search for keywords in both post title and message. Keywords in the post title are given more priority than the post content. However, we cannot control customer-created post titles which sometimes don't match to the content. We do update the titles but it takes some time. We are continuously optimizing community search functionality and will consider your feedback for future optimization.
