How do I set up Norton 360 app on my device with Android 6.x or 7.x??

You can continue using the Norton 360 app on your device with Android 6.x or 7.x. However, you will not be able to update the Norton 360 app to the newer releases that include product and service updates and security fixes."

SO ..... As a new user my Android Samsung Tablet is Android 6 or 7 and will not upgrade.  So how do I get my new Norton 360 to work on this Tablet.  It only downloaded the latest App which is incompatible with my Tablet. 

The same applies to my Apple iPad Mini.  It can not be upgraded to the "required" IOS version, so will not work with the latest Norton system.

What do I do? Or get my money back as it said it would work on IOS and Android devices?  Works well on PCs.

It's annoying.  I get the feeling that if I can get an older app (not sure which one and how well it will work with the new Norton 360...?

As long as you do not uninstall the 360 you currently have on the iPad, you should still be able to use it with the new subscription. You just will not be able to get any feature updates that may be in the newer versions of 360 iOS. If you ever uninstall, you will not be able to reinstall it.

When Norton says you can continue to use the 360 app on Android 6 or 7, it is saying that if you already had 360 installed before they change the policy you can continue to use the app. But if you did not already have the app installed, you will not be able to install it on these older devices. The same information applies to your iPad. 

There is nothing you can do to install a Norton product on these older devices. 

If you want to request a refund within 60 days of your purchase, you need to contact Norton Support to make the request.    www.norton.com/contactcs

Hello, I have a Samsung S20 FE, when I download to my device it seems to work but my expiry date does not reflect the new product key. It is still showing the expiry date of my Norton Premium 360 that finishes in 9 days. I have installed a new product key today

Thanks. My Samsung does not allow me to download the latest version of Norton 360 from Android as it says "not compatible" and exits the download.  So I was wondering if there was access to an older version of Norton 360?  My iPad is running ok but we will see when my original Norton expires in early Feb?

There is no older version available for download. 

As for your iPad, what OS version is on that?

iPad os IOS 12.5.5 version and is up-to-date so won't run on 13 and my new version of Norton 360.  So apart from my PCs and one Android phone it is no use on my iPad and Samsung tablet.
