Did you try turning Backup off?
I have Backup set on manual schedule.
When I'm annoyed my reminder to run Backup.
I turn Backup off.
Open your Norton device security product.
If you see the My Norton window, next to Device Security, click Open.In the Norton product main window, click Settings.
In the Settings window, under Detailed Settings, click Backup Settings.
In the Backup Settings window, in the Backup row, slide the switch to Off.
If you turn the switch off, you cannot perform any backup tasks from the Norton product.

Please switch to Classic view
From Norton tray icon -> click Open Norton 360
Open My Norton for My Norton view
Open Norton 360 for Classic view
Note:
Settings from tray icon opens My Norton Settings.
Settings from Classic view opens Norton 360 Settings.
The latest version of your Norton product opens the My Norton window up on launch. The My Norton window acts as a dashboard where you can view and manage your device security features and other entitlements. However, you can configure Norton to launch the Classic view when you start your Norton product. For more information, read My Norton product looks different.
If your subscription includes Norton Secure VPN but you cannot access the feature, your Norton product is in the Classic view. Access to certain features is available only through the My Norton window. In such cases, you may have to switch between the My Norton window and the Classic view.
Switch to the Classic view is not available on Norton 360 for Gamers.
Switch between My Norton and Classic windows
Start Norton.
If you see the Norton classic window, click My Norton.
In the My Norton window, click the settings icon.
Under Launch View, do one of the following:
To view My Norton window during launch, select My Norton.
To view classic window during launch, select Classic.
Switch between My Norton and Classic windows from the Windows notification area
In the notification area on the taskbar, right-click the Norton icon, and do one of the following:
To view My Norton window during launch, select Open My Norton.
To view the Classic window during launch, select Open Norton 360.

Found it, done it. I was not in classic view. Not available in digital view. Sorted.
