How do I uninstall RelevantKnowledge?

I am using Norton for gamers and I looked in my utilities and it said I have an unwanted program "RelevantKnowledge". I tried uninstalling this but it doesn't let me (Windows says there's an "Error") and Norton doesn't scan it as harmful even though I've read it is a data harvester. What should I do to remove RelevantKnowledge from my computer??? If it helps, This got downloaded on my computer after I accidentally downloaded adware. I could remove every program from it except for this one.

I did not post Malwarebytes Removal instructions for RelevantKnowledge because it's from 2016
