How do we get our application & application installer whitelisted?

I'm software developer from reallusion.

Our application & application installer of Reallusion Hub has vaild evcodesign, but norton firewall alert us there is no valid digital certificate.

Could you help us to check it.

I submitted to norton submission portal. and the status is queued for processing

Your installer appears to be Very New/Unproven....
We'll give your False positive submission some time....
We'll give Norton some time to determine reputation....

Yes, we did renew our digital certificate(evcodesign) recently.

Is any way to avoid firewall alert, because the message is incorrect. we do have valid digital certificate. This message will mislead our users.

Whether the firewall alert can be dismissed only by waiting for the rating?

File Insight is reporting Unproven, at this time.
Is this installer widely available to your customers/clients?
More downloads/installs = more telemetry.  

File Insight -> "Trust Now" may help, too. 

Norton will update Unproven on their timetable/criteria. 
We'll try to call attention to your Submission ID.
